EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program 6MPuzzles

TYPE OF LICENCE
This Software is Shareware.

NON-REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE EXPECIFIC TERMS.
You may use and evaluate for free this Software for a limited time and number of executions. After this trial period the Software will be self-locked and you must register your copy of the Software in order to be able to use most of its capabilities.
You may distribute copies of the non-registered version of the Software freely to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files and it is distributed in its original installation package. This can be done through web pages, FTP servers, CD-ROMS or by any other means.
You have the ability to register your copy of the Software at any time by purchasing a license code. This will convert your copy of the Software into the registered version, and the Registered Version License Expecific Terms below will then apply.

REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE EXPECIFIC TERMS.
When you register the Software, you will receive a personal license code that will enable you to unlock the non-registered version of the Software into the full registered version. You agree not to distribute your license code to others and to keep your license code confidential. As well you may not distribute the registered version of the Software.

INTERNET ACCESS
The software will make use of the available Internet connection in order to download image and text files needed for its correct work.

COPYRIGHT.
The copyright is owned by Simboloxico S.C. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the non-registered version of the Software to give to other persons under the terms of this Agreement. You may not distribute copies of any license code or registered copy of the Software to other users.
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer this Software including its installation program and all its files.

DISTRIBUTION.
Simboloxico S.C. allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to distribute the non-registered version of this Software. This must be done in its original installation package.

NO WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND FILES.
